This 8 oz jar will last many months. DIRECTIONS Mix 2 scoops of crystals using included spoon with 4 parts of your favorite wash (1:2 ratio) on your palm. Stir with your fingers to make a paste. Apply to damp skin and massage with fingertips in circular motion for 1-2 minutes making sure to avoid the eyes and lips. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water, pat dry and apply moisturizer. Test on small area of skin before applying to large area. Use once or twice a week.
