I make hundreds annually wholesale. 80% of all of the strops I manufacture for companies selling online in the USA and Europe are this hearty, beautiful and truly serviceable Strop that holds up over the years. It has easily replaceable parts. It is actually two strops in one, the secondary or prep strop is white cotton. It cleans impurities from the razor before applying it to the primary 3"x17" strop of 7/8 oz. Latigo. A durable cow hide tanned with waxes and oils. It has an even - medium draw. NOTE: It stands up very well to the moisture present in most wet shave environs, apply lightly my "strop conditioner" when it looks like it needs it to replenish the waxes and oils and buff dry with a clean cloth. Assembled using High Quality nickel over brass floral chicago screws to add distinct elegance and make replacing worn parts simple. They come with matching end caps for the Nickel swivel clip and D ring handles.
