Hair Loss Status Tracks a clients hair loss type and progress. Scalp Status Results Determine the scalp type so you are able to recommend a scalp treatment. Hair Density Determine the number of hairs per area (1 cm2). Only count the hair follicles coming out of each pore. Keratin of the scalp Determines the extent of the dead skin and silicon residues on the scalp. The residue can consist of dry shampoo, hair spray and other common products. Exposure of Scalp Vessels - Determines the degree of exposure of the capillaries in the scalp. This section is to help you identify the skin sensitivity on the scalp. Hair Thickness - Analysis that measures the hair diameter based on the normal hair thickness, standard value is .075 mm. Hair Pore Status- Allows you to compare to the most common types of hair pores. Cuticle Status - Provides you with a x1000 magnification view of the multi-layered cuticle.
