Follow these simple steps: 1. Set aside some "me" time Nothing ruins any sunless tanning experience more than rushing through it and making a mess. 2. Hop in the shower Clean skin is critical. Be sure to gentle wash away lotions, oils and dirt so that the formula can connect directly with your skin. 3. Exfoliate Our sugar or salt rub is a perfect companion for the sunless tanner. To get the most out of the product, exfoliate off any dead skin cells that may be hanging around and for a more intense experience apply with an exfoliating glove or loofa. 4. Dry off completely Towel off, patting your dry. Make sure to pop open that bathroom door and vent our the humidity. You want to stay cool and dry from here on out. 5. Apply Liberally apply the self-tanner to the large areas of your body. Then, apply small amounts of the sunless tanner to the areas on and around your joints (knees, elbows and ankles).
